  • We cannot accept cash or anonymous contributions.

  • We cannot accept contributions from corporations or labor unions.  

  • Donations to political campaigns are not tax deductible.

  • The state does not limit the amount of a donation for District Attorney races.

  • Donors must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
